Learning Data Analytics and Enhancements
DelphianLogic has designed an evaluation delivery platform, the Learning Evaluation Framework, to capture learning data over an extended period of time. The platform is based on Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation, and helps measure the effectiveness of the learning solution.
By employing learning data analytics, we can help generate important business insights from the evaluation data, which, in turn, help define the future roadmap and support continuous improvement in the program.
DelphianLogic also provides a piloting platform which allows the solution to be launched to a limited target audience and to track the learner data and results. The analysis of learner data from the pilot phase can help in early enhancements in the solution. |
