Our experiences of having worked with every major corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS) both off-the- shelf and bespoke has given us an innate understanding of how LMS works. Deployment of learning content on LMS involves

predictability around LMS integration, browser compatibility, SCORM compliance, loading speed and ensuring quick resolution of unpredictable user side issues.

Deployment Testing

We have built several indigenous tools to ensure a near zero failure rate during deployment. These tools are built specifically to detect discrepancies in the eLearning module to LMS communication, much before the program launch. The deployment testing tools are applied to eLearning modules during design and development process to ensure integration into LMS.

Designed as a diagnostic tool to understand the specific SCORM implementation of the target LMS, this tool works as a test package on the LMS. It reports back with the exact implementation details of its SCORM Run-Time Environment (RTE). This tool is particularly useful to find out the true technical nature of the LMS, and also any customized features and its limitations.

A combination of tools and processes that is a necessary part of our SCORM content release testing, this process acts like the ‘go-no go’ gauge which helps identify whether the eLearning module truly meets the specifications of the target LMS. Here, the module is first passed through the ADL-certified SCORM Test Suite to test for conformance to the Run-Time Environment, Meta-Data, and Packaging. Then, it is passed through a ‘simulated LMS’ to check whether the module is communicating as per the specifications drawn up by the SCORM Communication Analyzer package. Two thumbs-ups and the module is good to go live on your LMS.

Technical Troubleshooting

As part of a complete training strategy, it is important to consider how you deploy the training you are creating on your LMS. Usually, the development of content, training, deployment and tracking are offered from the same source, which often throws up many unknown and undiagnosed challenges for the LMS team, the learner, and administrator. We bridge the gap between strategy and execution and identify issues both technical and strategic in the deployment of the LMS. We assume the role of your extended team and coordinate with all the stakeholders as troubleshooting experts, specialized in diagnosis and treatment of module-LMS breakdowns.

Analyze Problem

Analyze Problem

We analyze the package, dig into its code, pass it through our test labs, simulate the error, and identify the problem.

Generate Solution

Generate Solution

We generate potential solutions and re-engineer our way through to the most optimal solution.

Diagnoses and Implementation

Diagnoses and Implementation

We connect with both the LMS team and your eLearning agency to offer our diagnosis and the solution, and often implement it.

Migration Assist

Content migration from one LMS to the other can be a task-intensive process, which has several unknowns. Migration Assist is an indigenously developed utility application that assists with content migration during LMS upgrades or changes.
The primary aim of this framework is to reduce the huge cost and time associated with migration of corporate LMSs. The framework scans discrepancies in SCORM data both from the content as well as the LMS and provides a clear roadmap for migration. Additionally it also highlights clear, implementable changes to the content group and the new LMS. The process typically involves making changes to the content, with a code wrapper on the modules, or customization/configuration of the LMS functionality.
